What you will need:
– 4 Cups Shredded Radishes
– 2 Cups Finely Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
– 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Carrots
– 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
– 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
– 1 Tablespoon of Mustard Oil or Olive Oil
– 1/2 Teaspoon and 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine first three Ingredients in a Large bowl
  2. Combine the White Wine Vinegar and remaining Ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Drizzle dressing over slaw
  4. Toss well to combine
  5. Serve immediately.
